Busted frameless window

So.... don't know how or why, but we got to our spot a while back, and noticed that one of the frameless windows was shattered.

We have a 2017 Whitehawk 28DSBH, it's the long skinny window above the dual flip outs by the dining. Does anyone have any experience getting custom glass made for these? Preferably in the Seattle area. I really don't want to pay $800 for the whole thing..... Jayco seems to have doubled (or more) their prices in the last 6 months.

Any automotive glass shop should be able to fabricate one for you. I know a couple of glass shop owners but they are up north in Kirkland and Monroe.

Good luck and hope it works out for you. My Previous TT was a J flight 29RKS with the big picture window. One of the smaller windows was shattered and they had to replace the whole unit $750 just for the window. But insurance deductible was only $500. But still a big cost

I don't know if how well the auto glass repair would match. I had a broken frameless bedroom window. I gave the dealer my VIN, they ordered a replacement from Jayco. I installed it myself. Very easy to do and there are some great YouTube videos that step through the process. My two cents...

How long did it take to get it from your dealer?

I think it was four weeks from Jayco. In the meantime, I zip-tied a 1/4" plywood panel over the missing window.
