BigMcD6,

Welcome to the Jayco forums

Like any used TT, one important inspection is looking for any signs of leaks, inside and out. Get on the roof checking for soft spots and/or cracks in any of the caulking. Inside the TT look for any stains (walls, ceiling, inside cabinets, etc.) that may suggest that moisture was present.

If the Eagle has the Filon/Fiberglass siding, look for any signs of delamination.

Bob

Welcome to the forum, BigMcd. In addition to the all important checking for any sign of leaks that Rustic Eagle mentioned have the owner/ dealer demonstrate that all appliances and systems are working properly. Check the age and condition of the tires. Have brakes checked and adjusted and wheel bearings repacked if necessary.

Anything moisture related is bad. Look at the tires and see if they are wearing evenly. Uneven wear could be from axle problems.
