, and the 330RLTS is a great TT!
Keep in mind the 1,400lbs is the dry weight of the TT tongue, not the loaded weight. IMO whatever brand WDH you purchase, a 1,700lb rated WDH would be ideal under "loaded" conditions as Murphie suggested. A 1,400lb rated WDH may work, all depends on your loading habits.
I'm of the old school that it's always wise to have the WDH sized correctly, even for short towing distances (especially under emergency conditions). Of course the TV's receiver ratings would have to match the 330RLTS loaded weights as well.
I know you don't intend on towing the TT on the road, but having an integrated sway control feature with the WDH (like the Equal-i-zer or Reese HP Dual Cam) would be recommended at a minumum should your travel plans change (do the the weight and length of the 330RLTS).
