Carefree Awning Arm

Looks like I will need to replace the arm of my awning. The good news is it mostly still works and it is not the side with the motor.

Anyone know a good source of an awning arm. It is the automatic kind. A look around the campground and the mostly look the same.

My Seneca came from Jayco with Carefree of Colorado Travel'r arms, I recently lost the front (motorized) arm during a severe windstorm. I replaced both arms with Carefree's Eclipse arms which are somewhat more "heavy-duty" than the O.E. Travel'r arms.

Long story short, I have a rear (non-motorized) Travel'r arm I would be very willing to part with. It is the adjustable pitch model, some Travel'r awnings are fixed-pitch. Mine is black in color.

Do you know what type of arms you have on your TT?

Need to replace awning arm

I just had one of my awning arms get destroyed during a moderate rain storm. Not sure what or how it happened, but when I came back to the trailer, I found it broke.

Has anyone replaced these??? I'm trying to find the correct parts, but it isn't easy. Our dealer is no help at all. I have actually been emailing Carefree and they have been pretty helpful so far.

I don't need to replace the channel the arm is mounted on, but I am trying to figure our if the channel that mounts to the trailer just comes with the arm.

Any help on finding parts and install would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Andy
