Caulking applied by blind drunk guy

This caulking looks sloppy. How can I clean up the edges? Should I just scrape off the excess with a plastic caulking scrapper and then use GooGone to clear the residue?

Second question: What are those two slots/holes in the bottom of the black window trim? Are they for ventilation, and if not should I cover them up with caulking? Looks like a vampire bit into it.

Weap holes, they should be there. I can warn you, if you power wash around them, be a little careful. I have blown water into the tt, from them. Never have had an issue while driving.

Weep holes are to let condensation from the window go outside instead of running down your inside wall.
One of the maintenance items is to make sure they are clear once in a while.
A piece of 12 ga romex solid wire fits well..

After reading the title of this thread, I was really hoping there would be a funny video to watch!

My 2022 264BH had ZERO caulking around ALL exterior windows. I could see the foam seal and throught that the way it was supposed to be - NOPE. Water leaked during the first rain. Called dealer, he said I could tighten all window fastening screws and apply sealant around all exterior seams for the windows, so I did. Zero issues. Yes, I was drinking when applying sealant, so it looks just like your camper now.

Yes, the slots are water drain holes, do not seal them up.

That was either a sloppy job or an attempt at repairing a leak. If I had seen that during the PDI I would not have accepted the unit.
