Cellular shade won't stay up?

Is there a way to tighten the cord or something so my shades stay open? The one above my dinette slowly falls back down after I open it.

Increase the tension on the strings on the sides of the shades. Loosen the screw on the "bobbin" ant twist it a bit to increase the tension and re tighten the screw.
