changing tires

I just picked up 5 new goodyear tires for my whitehawk. I have a good friend that will ,change them out and balance them for me for nothing. The problem is his shop doesn't have enough room to fit the trailer so we can pull the old tires of and replace. What I want to do is replace 2 at a time and the spear. What is the best way for me to jack up the trailer at night and remove 2 tires and he will put on the tires and will pick them up after work the next day and do the same to the other set? I really don't want to take the trailer to a tire shop if I don't have to.
thanks

Over this past weekend, I replaced all 4 tires at the same time. Use a bottle jack under the frame between the 2 wheels and lift one side (make sure other side is chocked well). Place one jack stand in front of front tire under the frame and another jack stand behind rear tire under frame. Repeat on the other side. If you do not have 4 jack stands, then you can just do one side at a time.

Drive (tow) one axle up onto a set of blocks. This will lift the other axle off the ground enough to take the tires off. Just remember to break the lug nuts free before moving onto the blocks.
