I believe they drive on the opposite side of the street, like in England, so the door is on the curb side for them.
Do check out the link above! Those coaches are sweet! I'd love to see one in person to be able to compare the quality to one of our US made trailers.

The style is many times nicer than the U.S models however I noticed none have the double bunks and that is a must for me. They also seem to be significantly smaller trailers. That being said I would love to see jayco incorporate the interior style to their North American builds!!!!

At this years Houston RV show I saw a couple of units that I would describe as "Euro-style" meaning the lighter wood and fabric with large windows and more "curved" surfaces. Gave them a much brighter interior and felt like there was more space. The bride and I both thought they were nice.

I love the indepndent suspension on these. That ia awsome and the galvinzed frame. I would pay extra for these. Wonder if it could handle the wieght of our trailers.

Wonder if the galvanized frame is due to most of Poplated areas are along the coast and salt water? Country as a whole is fairly dry. Also wonder if Jayco ever showed these concepts here in the US to see the appeal? I know the "European" influence in cabinetry is fairly popular especially in higher end segments. Were still a traditional in our cabinetry etc..ie raised panels. Be interesting to see how these would go over here, and the price point.

My co-worker in Australia has this to say
1) "They are considered good quality and value for money over here compared to other trailers but by your pricing standards, still bloody expensive! They have to be good quality, driving on our outback corrugated roads would shake the heck out of the van and in no time the thing would fall apart."
2) "We get nothing near the value you do, you should have a look at our sites and do a price compare, you will be so very happy with your position…. We pay more for less because of our Labour laws and high cost of employing people, the minimum factory wage is over $800 per week for a 7 hour 5 day week, on our building sites they get paid more if it is too hot or too many flies, who the hell counts flies I do not know but our payroll systems are tied to the weather systems!"

I would pay alittle for that suspesion system and I like the door. My wife would love the wash machine. Wonder if that type of suspension makes it more difficult to level side by side. Its like everthing, you get what you pay for, thats why we choose Jaycos in the first place. Looks like we may have a stronger roof system, but did you see how they did the corners on the outside. Then the inside is screwed. Look at the pictures for the Silverline it is an impressive trailer. Wonder why they dont make a floorplan with master bedroom and back bunks. Guess when they go camping on vacation they dont even want the kids,LOL.
