city water

So I am looking under the TT after last trip, to open valves and drain the water. Only one I found was the low point drain for the fresh water tank. Didn't add fresh water this time. I also saw the 2 lines (blue and red) coming out just under the water heater area.
2 questions:
1. When you hook up to city water, are there drains in that system?
2. How do I utilize the red and blue drains....are there inside valves?

Looks like you should have some low point drains for your water system located in the back storage compartment. Pull the valves up to open and push down to close. Depending on the size of your fresh water tank you may only have one draining valve.
