City water line leak

I have a 2014 248rbs. I connected city water to the fitting in the back, and several hours later noticed the bathroom floor was flooded. Found water
seeping thru the paneling behind the toilet. I assume the main supply line is cracked. Any way to fix this without tearing up the paneling?

Thanks.

Is the water pressure extremely high at the hose hook up?

Good point--I didn't have the regulator hooked up.
