Wash the roof with spic & span, was rest of trailer with Dawn. Wax with Meguires, cleaner/wax. works good for me. We have a Bungalow and 33Rlds, and that keeps me busy for a few days. hahaha

The telescoping RV brush makes it much easier also to wash the trailer IMO.

+1 WD-40 works wonders on those pesky black streaks.

Where are you finding the powder spic n span for the roof? I've been using liquid clothes detergent.

Lot of good ideas here. We left our Jayco in Az and just bought a used trailer in Idaho today. It needs a lot of TLC both inside and out.

I wash my TT with Turtle Wax Zip carwash and wax.
As for black streaks my local dealer recommended by far hands down Korkay Awning And Black Streak Remover. I didn't believe it until I tried it virtually no effort required in removing the most stuborn black streaks.

To help with black streaks, clip wooden clothes pins to the ends of the gutters, our salesman gave us this hint. Water will follow the pins away from the camper!

You can purchase Gutter Extensions to help with streaking.
