Mother's CMX
Marine and RV wash then use Mother's CMX. unparralled shine and protection. Black streaks will just wipe off after.

LA Totally Awesome Cleaner
You can get this at the dollar stores. I use a damp cloth with the cleaner and black marks come right off. It is not designed or advertised as a window cleaner.
