Cold Water System Not Draining, 2016 23mrb

Greetings! Upon arriving home with our "new to us" 23mrb, I found the cold water system is not draining through the valve. If I open the valve, I can hear water gurgling, so I assume the valve itself is good. I was able to disconnect the fresh water tank inlet hose and siphon the water out of the tank, but it would be much handier to use the drain! The hot water system drained fine. Any insight? I didn't see any kinks as far as I could trace the hose, I'm wondering if there's another valve I'm missing somewhere. I opened the sink faucets and removed the fresh water filler cap so venting is not an issue. Thanks!

When you say the hot water system drained fine, was that from the HW tank itself or the low point drains? The fresh water tank should have a drain on it's own...the low point drain won't drain the fresh water tank...you probably knew that. If that's the case you must have blockage in the tank...try opening the FWT valve and blowing into the pipe or shoving something up the pipe to clear it.

Welcome aboard. The previous owner may have installed a second set of shutoff valves. The OEM valves are know to fail and leak past.
