Command Adhesive Towel Hooks on Bathroom Walls?

We will be taking delivery of our Swift 184BH on Saturday and I was wondering if the Command Adhesive Towel Hooks would work on the bathroom walls? The Command Adhesive package says not to use on wallpaper or vinyl but I have no idea what material the bathroom walls are made of. Has anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks

We have used them on in our bathroom. 1 stuck for a summer but the other fell off over the winter (temps get into the teens where I live) The adheisive stuck to the wall, but the metal hook itself fell off. Good luck, Dave

Jury is still out for me...I'm in the first season of use. I applied (1) on the vinyl coated wall paneling in the shower and (1) on the inside of the (wood) bathroom door.

Others on JOF have stated they don't hold-up (stick well) over long periods. But we are light users and I was able to find the solid plastic in Nickle Finish....they are a fraction of the weight (and price) of the all metal hooks. I figured it was worth the risk to give them a try.....so far....so good!

We used the nickel ones also on the wall in the bedroom of the former 26RLS and it held for over 2 yrs in temps from the teens to 120 degrees and over 12,000 miles traveled. One thing I did do is clean the area with rubbing alcohol before applying the adhesive strip.

Re: Command Adhesive Towel Hooks on Bathroom Walls?

Ours have been up for about a year now and still going strong. They are definitely worth a try before drilling holes.:-)

We use the Command strips as well. As others have stated, clean with alcohol before applying. Ours have been up for almost 3 years and are still holding strong.

I used the hooks in my hybrid for two years and they stayed put until I removed them and they left no marks at all on the wall paper or door. I am now using a ton of them in my Jayflight. I love them and the new picture hanger stuff works well too.

I got a towel tack that goes over top of the door. It has 5 separate racks on it. For a family of 4... Works great.

We put many in the X23B on both the wood paneling and bathroom (vinyl?) and they lasted 2.5 yrs with no problems.
