Compartment Lock on a 26rls

Has anyone here with a 26RLS replaced the passthru storage locks? Today, while trying to open said compartment door, the key broke off in the lock. I guess I had one too many Wheaties this morning. Anyway, I got the piece of key out, so the lock is undamaged. In searching for the cost of a replacement 751 key, noticed that the price for a key is comparable to an entirely new lock, which I was wanting to do eventually.

Actual question is is it a 7/8" or 5/8" lock? Trailer is in storage and not convenient for me to measure. A smarter man would have measured BEFORE leaving storage facility.

Rookie.

I replaced the storage compartment locks on my 2013 26 BH right after I purchased it. It is a very simple process, very easy. The lock size for mine was was 7/8. Just pull one off and measure it. The web site I ordred from is below (first) and the second link will take you to the sheet that explains how to measure your lock for length, cam, rotation etc. You can order all locks to be keyed the same. Good Luck!

X2...very easy and well worth it to have more secure outside storage.

Home depot has the locks, mine was 7/8. If you look thru their selection you can find several with matching keys. I think they are about 7 bucks each.

Just about 99% of those locks on the trailers are 751, find someone with a trailer or motor home and borrow their key and have one made

I bought 6 or so off ebay. Don't recall how much I spent but would guess it was $10 or so.
