Crack the roof vents or even a window. Also a small ele. space heater will help dry the air.

A dehumidifier works wonders, we use this one.

Also, run the vent fan when cooking and showering as both activities add a ton of moisture to the air

Your owner’s handbook likely also covers this topic as does a number of past threads that the search feature will turn up.
With literally hundreds of days of camping in cold weather during elk seasons the best solution was cracking a vent or window. The idea is to equalize inside and outside humidity. With two to four people in the RV, inside humidity was always much higher than outside, even when it was foggy and cold outside. That excess humidity turns to water inside.

I find a moisture absorbent towel works well
Cold weather does have that affect. I noticed it glamping last Oct. when temps were a few degrees above freezing. I'd lift the blinds in the morning then grabbed some paper towels I wondered if leaving the blinds up would help? Yes once that heat meets the cold it condenses and moisture is formed...reminds me, important to keep things away from outside walls like cushions/pillows in that environment. I did notice wetness on the slide out wall and moved the dinette cushion and it dried up.
I think a constant heat source and the fan from a dehumidifier moving the air should work...maybe keep the blinds up a little
