Control panel question
I have a 2016 24MBH and I have no idea what this switch does. Anyone else know?

no pic, but I'm guessing that it's for the light on the backside of the trailer over the sewer, water hose hookups. It took me a couple of trips it figure mine out. I just wish it had a clear lens instead of amber.

On our 2015 27RLS that switch is the awning lights.
The other 2 are the interior, overhead lights.
Of course, YMMV.

You can purchase the lens at most any camping supply or switch it out with one somewhere else.( If there is another one)
Mine are all the same but only the porch light is amber.

On my Eagle 284BHBE the single switch is for an outside light on driver side over the water/electric hookups.

I am betting, that is for the back curbside light above the sewer and outdoor shower. The other two switches together should be (1) one for the main indoor overhead lights and (1) for the outdoor awning lights.
You probably have another double switch in the bathroom for (1) for the overhead bathroom light and (1) for the fan in the bathroom vent. Plus the switch on the bathroom vent fan itself.
I know, more answer than you asked for.
Here is a suggestion/idea though. If that one switch you are asking about is indeed for the outdoor backside light, try switching it out for a lighted switch which lights up when the switch is on. This way you will know if you leave that light on without having to go outside and around the TT to check.
