Cracked wood on cabinet door

Hi guys,

My TT is only 5 month old and I found a cracked wood on the cabinet door below the sink. Looks like it came damaged from the factory. I would like to contact someone in the factory that takes care of this problems, any idea who or where?

Thank you for your time and happy camping.

Just call Jayco’s Customer Service line with your VIN number and they will take care of you. Or if you have a dealer nearby and have some other work, drop it off and let them take care of it.

Just be advised.. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to make the cabinets. They are hand made in the factory.

Once you or your dealer have the new cabinet make sure you contact your dealer to set up a firm drop off/pick up date. That way, your trailer won't be tied up indefinitely to be worked on whenever they can fit it in. I would think it wouldn't take any more than a day to do the job.

You may not have to bring the trailer to the dealer. If you can remove and reinstall it, try to negotiate just bringing the door.

Thank you guys for the advise. I took pictures of the door to be send via email to Jayco customer service. My problems is that I live 5 to 6 hours away from the only dealer I can trust, that's why I'm planning replacing the door my self. Jayco customer service was closed today because of bad weather, thanks a million.

I would bet they would ship it to you after seeing the picture. It would save them some shop expense at the dealer.

Is the split right at one of the joints? I have had three of them split that way and if you have a table saw, bar clamps and Elmer's glue it is an easy fix.

I ordered a door and received it at the dealer within a week. It didn't come with hardware (I didn't want the hardware).....you might want to be specific / ask when you place the order so there are no surprises when it arrives.

Absolutely dead on. Hardware is NOT included if you order replacement cabinet parts.

No the hardware is in perfect condition, all I need is the door, and you are absolutely right Clutch they are saving shop money that way.
