Curious what this is ?

I'm trying to figure out what the flexible rubber hose is that's in my hand the one right next to it is my low point drain this one just recently started dripping water and I can't figure out what it is attached to on the other end is there anybody that can help fill me in on What it is for

Looks like my fresh water tank overflow hose.
