Just a thought regarding your outdoor speakers. If the radio is a Furrion it might have buttons (zone 1, zone 2) to control indoor, outdoor or both working at the same time. I couldn't figure out why mine didn't work either until I read the manual.

I'll see what I can figure out. I think mine works by calling them front & rear using a fader. But in any case when I put an ohmmeter on the leads there was no continuity. There was on the indoor speakers. Mine is a Furrion by the way.

You called and just said this is broke and they sent you a new one with no verification/claim by your dealer?
