Dead outlets
I have a new 2015 324BHTS.
I have a few "dead" outlets. One is by the outdoor mini fridge and the other is under the kitchen table. Other outlets work fine, just these 2 don't.
I have been plugging the outdoor mini fridge into the outlet on the ceiling of the outdoor kitchen area, it works again so the fridge is working fine.
I don't know why either of these quit - I just arrived one day to find that my beer in the mini fridge was warm!
Neither outlet is GFCI - just regular three prong outlet with no 'trip' button.
No fuse is blown and all nothing is tripped in the fusebox. Im stumped.
Is this a warranty issue or is there a simple solution I am overlooking?
Thanks all, Rachel

Yes it is a warranty issue. Likely these outlets are daisy chained to several outlets. Somewhere there is a loose wire. Not hard to find if you are handy at electrical troubleshooting. It is likely a loose connection at one of the failed outlets or if not at another one close by.

Probably connected to a GFI someplace since it is outside and also a kitchen outlet. Check the bathroom outlet and see if it is a GFI and tripped.

Grumpy has a good point. Could be fed from a GFCI outlet. Test/ reset them all.

Look at the outlet in the restroom. That has happened to me a few times before I learned.

It could also be a "daisy chain" issue. Our 324BHTS stove exhaust fan suddenly quit- same thing- no tripped fuse etc. Husband found it was grounded weird and connected to something else. 40 minutes later and some rewiring, it was fixed. If your dealer is close, take it back in. We were out of state camping and our "home" dealer is a winding back road hour away. Hubby said it wasn't worth the hassle of towing it back to have them fix it. (He has never found something he couldn't fix…)
Good luck. They don't make 'em like they used to!

It sounds like the two possibilities already mentioned. If the dealer is close, let them fix it under warranty. If not, check all you outlets first the GFIs.
Then check the outlets for a loose wire. You can contact Jayco for the wiring diagrams.
From experience all outlets except the microwave are GFI protected.

Since the unit is still under warranty, Jayco will not provide any diagrams. At least, that is what they told me.

I think is all about the wording when you ask, as I got them, a few months after we bought our hot.

How would you suggest the wording for the request? I would like this type of info when my rig comes in, just in case.

I got ours a few months after taking delivery of the rig and simply asked them to send me a wiring schematic for the TT. I sent the request on a Friday afternoon and had them on Monday, no questions asked.
We had a similar electrical issue and it turned out to be a loose wire in a hidden junction box. Took the TT to the dealer after a couple of hours of trouble shooting and not finding anything, and it took them another four hours to find the issue.

Thanks everyone. There are NO CFI outlets anywhere that I can see. Someone else already suggested checking the bathroom outlet, but that's not the case with mine. No CFI outlets at all.

No GFI outlet? That is hard to believe. You stated this is a 2015 unit. Electrical code is there MUST be a GFI circuit for any outlet near water. This would include the bathroom, near the kitchen sink and the outside outlets. Generally there is ONE GFI outlet and the others are daisy chained from it.
Keep looking....it has to be there.
