dinette - booth or table-n-chairs

I'm thinking about changing my booth type dinette for table-n-chairs and would appreciate any comments about your preference?

Love my t&s and always thought the booth was a little hard to get into and out of. Also, I don't need another sleeping area.

We also do not need the extra sleeping room. I also find it's hard to get in and out as well. When ever we go to buy a trailer we always get the table and chairs. It just feels more like home...

We too don't need a booth for the sleeping space and have the table and chairs. To me, it feels more open and less boxed in. But that is just my family's opinion. We all need to decide what works best for each of our families.

I've wondered how the chairs travel. Are they secured somehow?

In my previous trailer(5er), the table was screwed to the floor. The chairs, that I've noticed, did not move while traveling.

We also have had both, and much prefer the table and chairs. They are easier to get into, move around as needed, adjust better to different size bodies, and never move while in transit. If you don't need the extra bed space, T & C are the way to go, IMHO.

We never could sit in a booth to long. Had both and would never go back to a booth.

My DW would not buy t&c. We like the idea of t&c but she would not give up the extra storage. The extra sleep area we do not need either. It's all about the storage for us.
