Door lock parts

So months ago when they had that door lock recall. Where you could get locked in the camper. My locks were on the list. I went on the website filled in the information to get the replacement parts. Nothing has come yet,has anyone else received parts yet. A little annoying nothing came yet. And now I don't remember the website.
