Double Stick for Interior Trim Repair

I stuck this question in another thread but never had any replies.

Has anyone used Eternabond Double Stick to reattach interior trim that has come loose? The finishing nails no longer hold a 4" wide strip of trim on the side of the slide and it bows in the middle.

Is there any downside to Eternabond such as odor or toxicity such that it should not be used indoors?

Hi,
Did a quick search for you and can't find any issues. Here is a link to the MSDS sheets for all Etherbond products. Having been in construction my basic warning in regard to using all adhesives is to at least let the area air out before sitting near it. My guess is that with the amount of tape you will need, and based on the product MSDS, you should have no problem. EternaBond Bulletins & Data Sheets

Thanks. Went ahead with repair yesterday and all appears well. Took your advice and left fan running several hours, but there really was no odor at all. Boy is that stuff sticky. Kinda needed two people as I kept sticking it to my self before I could apply. Finally got it done and it worked and looks great.
