Drawer Guides

Just purchased a '02 Jayco Designer 31FK w/2slides and we have some previously broken drawer guide holders. The guides are metal, but the guide holders are plastic. Are these still available for purchase ??

Any help appreciated !!

Try contacting Jayco direct. We were told when we went on a tour there that they have parts for all products they have sold over the years (or can get them).... 574-825-5861 8-5pm EST Mon-Fri.

I contacted Jayco, which referred me to my closest Jayco Dealer. I sent an email to the dealer and they phoned me back about a week later. They inquired about the VIN number and the part(s) I was interested in. They called me back a few days later and said they could ship the parts to me. I gave them my infoe, and received the parts today UPS.

I got 4 (rear) holding plastic brackets for the glides but I think I may need a few other pieces involved with the metal glide. Total was $10 and I'm further down the road, so I feel this was a "positive" experience w/Jayco/Dealer.
As mentioned I may need a few other "plastic" parts for the glides, but I'll know more when we get to the camp and give a look/see.

More to follow !!! (thanks "everyone" for your help so far!)

Received drawer glide supports, brought them out this weekend and installed.
Limited working area, removed broken supports which were tacked on, but installed new w/2 screws each. We now have 2 more large drawers to utilize. I'm very very happy with the cooperation from Jayco, and also grateful for the assistance here too ! Thank-You !
