This week while on a camping trip my dvd player started to act up . I have an 07 jay flight 27bh . It is the stock memorex unit. When I turn it on it will play from 10 seconds up to 5 minutes then it shuts down the light goes off and then comes back on. I can start movie again and it will shut down. Is there a reset anyway or what will I replace it with to run with my surround sound thanks

Have you tried cleaning the head on the unit?
