Eagle 322fks rotten floor

Our floor is rotten in the bathroom, bedroom hallway by the shower and by the sink, under the shower, under the bedroom sink, under the entertainment cabinet by the front door, and finally half the floor in front of the couch slide out. This was caused by a failed roof seam/sealant. I have removed all the cabinets, shower pan, etc to expose the flooring. I have begun to rip out the styrofoam vacuum core flooring. All is going smoothly except the heat of wearing a ty-vec suit and respirator for black mold. I'm hoping someone could give me some ideas on rebuilding my styrofoam sandwiched flooring. Yes the roof will be replaced.

So far Jayco tech support said contact your local dealer??? I was hoping for an approved procedure with the building material used to rebuild the floor. Maybe even a best practice to rebuild the floor with a disclaimer. We really like our trailer it's still in nice condition other than the rubber roof and floor. I'm ready to tackle this project. I have metal skills, wood working skills etc.

Been there, done that.

You cannot rebuild that type of floor.

You must replace it with a traditional joist and plywood floor.

The joists will need to be custom sized.
