electric converter

Hello I have a 2008 jayco jayflight 32BHDS G2 problem is when I first tuen on a light or open a slide I get a ringing coming from converter any ideas would help . is converter going ? thanks tater

It's just the converter ramping up the output to carry the load of the light or slide. Sometimes it's something vibrating in the area of the converter and you can tone it down by finding out what's making the noise and taking steps to muffle or tighten the offending thing.

The usual noise from our newer trailer is the fan that cools the converter turning on and running.
