Electrical issue

Hello,

I have a 2017 Jayco bh29 travel trailer. We boondock a majority of the time. this past weekend I began having a small issue with my elec. system...my radio, a/c, and co/gas detector stopped working. everything else worked fine both on DC power and AC while running a generator....just those 3 things will not operate. I have started to troubleshoot but I'm so far unable to pinpoint the issue. All breakers and fuses in the panel were checked, and in-line fuses checked (that I can find) and nothing. I did find a 10A fuse in the radio unit blown. I inspected the converter and it seems to be operating fine. Has anyone ever had this issue?? Any ideas of which direction I should go?

Welcome to the Forum.

I would see if they’re all on the same circuit, if you’re lucky they are and you can narrow it down from there. When you put a new fuse back in did it immediately blow a second one?

Thanks for the reply. The 10 amp fuse that is built into the stereo head unit blows immediately when energized (both on battery and shoreline). The fuse in the panel that controls radio and co det. is not blown. I replaced the good fuse with a brand new one and still nothing.

Have you been able to determine if they are all on the same circuit? If you leave the radio fuse out does anything else work?
