emptying gray water tank issue

We are on our maiden voyage with a 2014 Eagle 257rbs. I can't seem to get the gray water tanks to empty. The gauges show that both are full and the shower is backing up to validate the gauges. I have pulled both handles and nothing comes out. Is there some secret valve someplace that I am missing? Can anyone help me out?

Make sure the handles are all the way out, sometimes they stick a little. But be ready for the gusher...

Yeah, no secrets to dumping. Has to be a valve issue or some blockage. Being new, a call to the nearest jayco dealer may be in order. Good luck.

There should be no solids in the Grey to create a block. If you have never tested the Grey Dump before then it probably a manufacturer problem. Dealer should have tested everything prior to picking up the trailer.

That tailer has 2 gray tanks, I believe. Does it have a second handle for the shower/bath gray tank?

If the handle operates the dump valve remotely the cable could be disconnected.

Please let us know what you find. Two grey tanks should equal two valves.

I did read one post here that told of a blockage in the grey water tank. It turned out when the hole was drilled for the drain the wood piece fell into the tank and caused the blockage when it became wedged in the drain pipe.
If you can't get to the dealer right away you may want to disconnect the sewer hose and see if you can get a snake up into the grey drain line.
