I'm not convinced that it is worth it. Does nothing for pests. If you have to do repaired it's a lot of work. IF you have a water leak, you have a mess to dry.

Its main job is to help insulate under the floor. I think it does that. We've camped in the 20degF a few times and didn't worry about freezing water lines.

We did have a mouse problem for a few weeks. We also had a water leak when the trailer was new, but here in AZ everything dried QUICKLY.
