Entertainment center?

Has anyone found a good replacement for the IRV Technologies “entertainment center?”
We’ve had our 2019 Jay Flight SLX8 248 RBSW for 8 months now and this is the latest device to go. As devices fail on this crappy TT, we have replaced them with new devices of higher quality. Although it is true the cheapest boom box from Walmart would do a better job than our built-in stereo, it would be nice to have something built in that actually works.

Any ideas?

Why do you think the trailer is "crappy".

I have the same one and like it.

Oh, I like it just fine. It hasn't come apart yet, has excellent insulation, and is relatively lightweight. We have lived in ours full-time for 9 months so far.
It just was assembled by angry and incompetant trolls, and furnished with trash, witness the IRV Technologies "entertainment center" that has burnt out one channel already and can't play a clean DVD without stopping, as an example.
Actually, it did come apart: the aluminum stone shield came unglued and I had to place 8' of putty, add screws every 6" and caulk over that to get it water-tight again.

I like having to work on things to make them right and there is plenty to work on!

Maybe you can replace it with an automotive unit.
You would have see what the speaker Ohm's are to match.
I assume it is a12 volt unit.

Yes, it is 12V but I don't think it is an automotive unit: it is not very beefy, it is huge (8" x 6"), has Bluetooth, AUX, USB, and HDMI in/out, and controls 3 sets of speakers. It looks like it will do anything, just not well nor for very long.

I'm sure you might be able to place an automotive unit in there with modification to the cabinet.

Sony,pioneer,kenwood are good units.

Talk to automotive stero shops I'm sure they can set you up.
