exterior paint "bubbles"

our 2016 23rb Jayco has some little paint bubbles on the front. They seem to be a surface or paint problem. There are a few of them across the front at about the same height. the attached picture shows one group of them. Seems matching paint has to be a custom match from other messages I've reviewed but would like to clean it up. More concerned about what the cause may be. They are only on one panel of the aluminum.
