Factory impact wrench use

I just discovered 2 more over-tightened bolts/nuts on my new trailer. Shortly after I took possession of it I discovered 3 of 4 broken bolts/nuts on the left front electric stabilizer. This trip I noticed that my tongue jack was mounted at a slight angle, then discovered that 2 of the 3 bolts had been over-tightened and had snapped. I didn't catch the second one until I put a socket on it and found it to be loose. The other one was a bear to remove as it was broken above and below the trailer frame but did not have enough bolt exposed to grab with vicegrips. I had to drill and use an extractor to get it out, then replaced them with some 3/8 grade 8 bolts. So, just a heads-up----keep an eye of any frame components that use the 3/8 thread cutting bolts and nuts. It appears that they are installed using an impact wrench (or two of them) and it is way over-tightened.
