That fan is cooling the 120v AC to 12v DC converter in the back of the fuse panel. The fan will run less if you have a light load on the 12v system but I don't believe it will ever shut off. My fan runs much less after converting all of my incandescent lights to LED.

High rate charging of the battery will bring the fan on too.

Give it a few hours plugged in with no load and the fan will switch off.

Fridge should be on 110; no impact on the converter.

The radio, the heater's fan, the water pump, all lighting (inside and out), the awning and the battery charger should be all that are on the converter.

Must include the igniters for the heater and water heater. And the CO/Propane detector.

Did you check the bathroom fan?
