IMO the 23RL would be 'ok' for one person doing extended stay camping...., but wouldn't be ideal in the colder regions that experience frequent freezing temps and/or snow during the winter months (not a 4-season TT).
The 2018 23RL has a GVWR of 5,995lbs and with a limited CCC there's a high probability that once "loaded" for extended camping the TT's actual gross weight will be approaching/or at the GVWR. The 23RL's actual "shipped" UVW from the factory will be around 5,100lbs......., (not the published 4,850lbs UVW). Loaded tongue weight would be in the 780lb to 900lb range (13% to 15% of gross).
The 23RL appears to have nice kitchen counter space and plenty of cabinets for a smaller TT. The shower is a plus over a tub/shower. Rear living room is a nice feature (more windows).
I would recommend the optional "Enclosed underbelly w/AstroFoil Insulation in Floor and Roof", nice option for the price.
Upgrading to 30lb LP bottles in lieu of the standard 20lb would be much better for extended stay camping...., and the optional roof ladder comes in handy, even for hanging stuff on at the campsite.
