I had also started to order that model myself, but then when I saw them sitting beside each other and actually went into both models, one right after the other, I realized the 27BHS had so much more room with the slide that I didn't think my Black Lab (62 lbs) would have enough room to sit down on floor while my wife cooked. I hope you won't regret it after you buy and are on the campsite on a rainy day? Do you know why the original owners only owned it for only one month? Chances are they wanted to upgrade to a bigger model?
