Fitting in Travel Trailer - What are they?

I found these fitting/shutoff valves under my bathroom cabinet and I have no idea what they are for. The one on the left is hot water and appears to be in the OFF position. One on right is cold and in the ON position. It does not show them in the trailer plumbing schematic. This trailer is new to me and looking for all the fitting/valves for winterizing. The fresh water tank pump has valve for disconnecting it from water lines. The hot water tank has valves to bypass for winterizing. I just can't figure what these are for and why one is in the off position. Everything seems to work just fine
Anyone know?
Thanks
Dean

Low point drains. Pull up to drain. Outside should have LOW POINTS sticker

Low point drains. They pull up/push down so the handle orientation means nothing.

Thank you Makes sense. There are two low point drains, but they way the previous owner explained it, those where the only low point drains for the fresh water tank/system used for the pump. I knew there had to be other valves somewhere that would drain the rest of the system. So, when I blow out my system with air, I will want to have these in the up / open positions, right? Looks like there is a retainer clip holding them down, do you have to release that first? I can only get one arm back there, so hopefully it can be disengaged with one hand.
Additional question. There are two hoses that hang down below trailer that are located between the two low point drains outside, what are they for, no fitting on them, just straight hoses sticking down about 8 inches? Thank you again for the info.

Yep! Just pull straight up, no need to remove the clip

Only need to remove the clip if replacing O ring seals on the stem.

When I blow out my lines, I first leave them closed, to push the water out of the line to each faucet. Then I open these, to get the little bit of water out that is behind them.

If I am only doing a gravity drain of the system, I open these valves and all the faucets.

These hoses are overflows for your fresh water tank[s].
