Flat Screen TV Removal

I have a 2015 Jayflight TT with a dealer installed flat screen TV in the Living area. The dealer wired it wrong to the radio/dvd player and I have to remove the tv from the wall mount. I thought it would just lift off the bracket or there would be some clamps keeping it in place. The tv just won't budge and I'm afraid I'll break something trying to remove it. Any suggestions?

Is the TV mounted on a wall?

If it's a non tilt bracket look up underneath and there may be a couple screws that need to be loosened up. It may take a long screw driver to get to them. Once they are loose pull out on the bottom and lift up.

The reason I ask is, mine is mounted to the wall and it has a release chain under the TV to release it from the wall. It's mounted on a swivel bracket...so you can move the TV where you want it. It has a secondary release cable in the cabinet underneath it.

Look for a release cable and pull it until the TV pops a little from the wall
