Freezings Temps. ?

Temps are getting down in the upper 20's overnight here in Northern NM at night for our last trip this season. Warming up nicely during the day. Woke up this morning, no water. Hose froze from hookup to the trailer. Just asking for safety tips at night time. should i just turn the water off each night st the spicket, etc. etc.?
Thanks

I disconnect the hose at both ends, drain it, and then put it in the shower for ready use. The blue tube water filter is first to burst. Just run on the FW pump for the night.

disconnect hose at TT and at the spikit. Drain hose so water does not freeze in it. When it warms up, check the CG water and reconnect it all when appropriate.

Fresh water pump. Fill the fresh water tank and use it through the night for toilet, etc. Water at top of tank will freeze first.. Pump picks up from the bottom of tank.

Get some cheapo pipe insulation from the hardware store and cover/insulate everything from the spigot to the TT including all the connections.

I now unhook the freshwater hose and drain it when the temperature is supposed to hit 35.

My latest Camping World sale flyer thing shows a heated water supply hose for $99, so there's a fix, assuming you want to part with a C-note. Just plug it in, apparently.
