Fresh Water Tank Question 99 24 ft Lite Hawk

I picked up a 1999 24 ft lite hawk trailer for my Son it is in great shape but at some point In it’s life the fresh water tank was removed. See pics probably a dumb question but where was the tank located. See pics Attached...I see two tubes underneath but no sign of mounting brackets and there seems to be plenty of room under bed. Any feedback would be appreciated!

Damn, i owned a 99 Litehawk ..... trying to remember. Mine was the 24BH, and remember the toilet was up on a riser, meaning the black water tank was up high. Where is the outside tank fill cap located? Why am i thinking the tank was under the bed in the front

The two tubes you see are the low point drains for the inside plumbing. If I'm seeing Coroplast underneath, all the tanks would be above that.
