Fridge on propane
We have enjoyed first 3 outings in our 2018 32bhds all with full hookup available. With 50 amp service wired at home it has stayed plugged in while resting. With irma passing i wanted to unplug and run fridge on propane but the light just kept flashing. Stove works so i have propane any thoughts? Am i doing something wrong or missing some other switch?

Reset it a few times, if it does not light then pop off the exterior cover and investigate further.
Can you here the ignitor clicking, and does it actually spark?
Last time I had this issue, it turned out there was a mud daubers nest completely plugging the pilot tube. Cleaned it out and I was good to go again.

I like to light one of the burners on the stove as well to get the air out of the line if I'm having problems like you're describing. Once I've lit one of the burners, fridge will light quickly (assuming you don't have some other problem).

During my summer trip my fridge failed to light during the second week. An application of a toothbrush on the pilot light orifice followed up by a few shots from a can of computer duster spray can.
several years ago my problem was a mud dauber nest. Now I keep the air vents covered with aluminum screen wire as well as the furnace vents.

Turn the fridge off. Wait ten seconds turn the fridge on. Select LP. My fridge won't go straight from ac to lp without being turned off and back on.

One other thing to note. This is in the owners manual too for future reference. When you turn on the propane, open the valve slowly. Opening quickly can "transfer" very cold propane to the heater. I have used propane for years and didn't experience this until I got my TT. Shut off the propane, open a stove burner to let out the air, close the burner, and then open the propane back after 5 - 10 minutes. This procedure has worked for me and a few others I've helped. One other solution that sometimes works is to light the stove and let the stove burn for a few minutes, this will help relieve some pressure on the heater propane flow and help to "warm" the area.

Thanks for the tips. I do have the manual however certainly value teal world experience from users even more. I have ruled out the dirt dobbers so far. Hope to have time tomorrow to try other suggestions "purging" the lines. I will update my findings.

We always run a stove top before trying the fridge on propane for the first time after having the LP tank turned off... and then always listen for the 'click' of the igniter and the 'whoosh' of the flame-on sound. Sometimes it takes 2 or 3 rounds of cycling on/off to for the flame to finally catch (after the LP tank being off).
This forum is an AMAZING source of info - so if you still can't get it to work... come on back!

Thanks for all the tips. Purging the air by running all 3 burners on stove worked.
