Front blue LEDs - 1 out of 4 not working

New to the board and to Jayco

Just brought home our brand new Feather 7 19bh from an RV dealer about 2 hours away.

After getting home, I was giving everything we saw at our walkthrough another once over in the driveway when I realized 1 out of 4 of the little blue LEDs on the front of the trailer stopped working.

I imagine it might just be a loose wire.. any idea how to access these and trouble shoot them?

I thought they might just pull straight out but don't want to force it.
I looked in the pass through access and didn't see anything accessible from there.

Just a minor annoyance, but I'd like to fix it if I can.

Thanks!

Hate being the "bump" message board guy...but does anyone have any ideas on this? Seems like I can wiggle the rubber grommet/housing out of the camper but don't want to force it and make matters worse.

Thanks!

I can't find any how to videos. Maybe just call the dealer service department and just ask.

On ours there's a false panel wall in the storage compartment that's held in with a few screws down through the floor. The entire panel pulls out and gives access to all the wiring and lights up front.

The wiring at the switch for our front LED's wasn't even engaged in the wire nut they installed, so I replaced it with a crimp connector and all is good again.

Agree, it has to be some type of access from the inside.
