Front cap trim issues

Hello all,

So I have a 2018 Jayco White Hawk 31BH and it has been in outside storage for the last 2 months uncovered. Today when I was checking in on it I noticed that the DS molding in the edge of the front cap and DS exterior wall had lifted almost like heat caused the calk to weaken and cause a gap in the seam. It goes to the dealer for service on Thursday because since the day we bought it the windows have leaked water. Baring that camping world does the job right is there anything I can do to help prevent that piece from lifting again? Thanks for any input all!
