Furance not lighting

Hey all

Wondering if anyone on here can give me a insite on what to do with our furance issue. We have a 2018 Jayco slx 7 175RD our furnace will turn for about 30 seconds and then turn off, I've tried turning on and off the thermostat switch 3-4 times and everytime it does the same thing. I tried turning on one of the stove burner cause I heard it when you haven't run the furance in awhile it can create air in the propane system and lighting the stove help get all the air out and help pull propane toward the furance but unfortionatly I have had no luck with that either.

My question is with the photos I have attached is there a weight to get better access to the furnce like unbolting the stove that sit over top of it? Cause it seem like they built the kitchen cabinets around the furance

Thank for all your insite and tips and happy camping

P.S sorry for the photos being turned I don't know how to fix them haha

A picture of the front of the cabinet would be more helpful. Typically you can remove the furnace from most units without dismantling too much. You problem is likely the sail switch.

Do you have enough space to open the furnace cover without removing it?

Do you hear a clicking noise when you turn it on? Can you smell gas from the exhaust when you turn it on. The furnace will attempt to lite 3 times before shutting down.
Great video for trouble shooting.

I can remove the black plastic cover on the front of the cabinet where the hot air should be blowing into the trailer but doesn't give me enough access to remove the furnance

I hear no clicking of the fiurance trying to lite. Pretty much just runs for 30 seconds then shuts off, I have to manually move the dial for the thermostat forward and back to get it to kick on and every time just repeats the same process

I have a 212, had same issue, if your battery voltage drops too low, there will not be enough air flow to engage the flag switch. Ensure the battery is well charged and try again.

Batterys have been fully charged everytime I've tried to get the furnace to light.

I would try to remove the stove top for access. More than likely it's either the sail switch, the overtemp switch or the main board. If you get the manufacturer and model number and go to the guy's website that made the video that Parrott posted, he has a list of service manuals that you can download.
