Unhappy Furance on new 330rsts 2018 not working.

We just took delivery of our TT on Monday was warmer on the day of walk thru furnace seemed to be working fine then. Have issues with the outside lights they are ordering a new board for that. My problem is the furnace was working fine I started it at 55 to get it warmed up for an hour then took it to 60 for another hour then moved it to 68 then it started to cycle on and off trying to light like it was out of propane so went to check and tank was half full and other full but had ice on them like they were froze. So figured regulator was probably froze. We live in Michigan and it is cold and snowy today started yesterday. Has anyone had issues with this? We have had several TT and don't seem to recall this happening. But also never really had them going when this cold. Thanks for any advice....
