Furion mp4 video playback

I have a 2018 19bh that came with a furion sound system. The manual says it plays mp4 video format via USB. However, when I try to play it it doesn't work. Anyone know why? Thanks!

There are limitations.
32gb drive limit
There must be a jpg image present on the drive before it will read any other files

Oh. I used a 6 GB flash drive USB. I'll try with a jpeg file on the USB also. I get the trailer back on Sunday from the dealer so I'll try then. They couldn't figure it out either. Thanks for the advice! I've been going nuts trying to figure it out.

Been there. You are finding out the disservice the RV manufactures do to us by installing these garbage Furrion devices with circa 2005 technology in them.
