furnace

does the furnace blow from the ceiling vent or from the blowers at your feet? And what happens if it doesn't turn off?

It blows from the lower vents. If it doesn’t turn off it keeps running and blowing air.

Heat rises therefore it comes from the floor vents.

Cool air drops, therefore it comes from the top vents.

That's an easy way to remember.

If you're using the AC heat pump then it comes from the ceiling vent..........propane furnace comes from the floor vents.

You may have the fan setting to continuous run. May want to check if it doesn't cycle off and keeps blowing cool air.
