I had the same issue yesterday with my 2016 287BHSW. First step seems like troubleshooting the thermostat.

Does anyone have a pinout on the common thermostats? Mine's the simple heat-only one.

Find the furnace exhaust opening on the outside of the trailer. You can do this by process of elimination. IOW, it is not the refrig nor the water heater, it must be the furnace.
On newer trailers, often they do not provide any outside access. You might have to remove some panels on the inside of the trailer. If I remember correctly, mine is under the refrigerator.

I know where the exhaust outlet is. There is definitely no access inside I will check underneath the fridge seems the most likely of places considering the location of the exhaust.

You ARE allowing enough time for the furnace to kick in, right?

With no fan and no heat, that sounds like a breaker or a fuse. You're not getting power to the fan at all. Check your battery too.

Yes it still doesn't kick in after a minute or two

Battery is good...from anything I can find out there is supposed to be a fuse on top of the furnace....I just don't know how to access it..

Although I have never taken mine off, try removing the air return cover inside beneath the fridge. I think that allows access to the furnace. Again, I've never looked inside mine, but that is the access I believe....

I looked at mine tonight and there are no visible resets or circuit breakers.

The access has to be under the fridge on that model based on where the exhaust is. It probably looks like a wood panel but if you get down on the floor you'll find screws holding it in place.

I have a 2014model Jayco Eagle that also had no furnace access. It is probably under the refrigerator and when you remove the air return door you will be able to see it, but that is about all. Mine had a bad control board and a hole had to be cut into the front basement wall to unhook all the vent lines and propane lines and electrical to get it out. Thank goodness under warranty as a $25 control board took about 4 hours of labor to replace. Should have been a 10 minute job if there was an outside access door.

Mine's "fixed." I was trying to get the cover off the thermostat and it came on all of a sudden.

A new thermostat is probably in order but I didn't get the cover off to see if there was just a loose wire or something.

Good luck with yours!
