Taking out new 267BHS out for our first night. Our furnace worked fine at the dealership but isn't coming on at all now. We can also smell propane when we turn on the stove, but the pilot lights don't seem to be triggering. Any ideas?
I don't think the stove top has pilot lights. As for the furnace it should be auto ignition. Could have a bad relay. Light the stove top and make sure you have gas. Maybe the propane sensor has kick on.

When you turn on the gas on the stove you should hear it flowing. Turn the ignition knob on the stove to ignite the burners. It is piezoelectric so you have to turn rapidly clockwise to get it to spark. Once you verify that you have gas try the furnace. If there is air in the lines it may take several times for it to come on. Wait a minute between tries. Is there a fan setting on the furnace? Does that come on or is it just dead?
I am looking at the same problem with a "new to me" 2010 5th wheel Jayco 285RLS. On first try the furnace would not come on. The next day it worked fine, fan came on immediately and heat followed. Left it on for a few cycles at about 60 degrees. A couple days later and nothing, no fan, no heat. Furnace is Attwood and thermostat is a Coleman Mach. Any suggestions as to where to look would sure be appreciated.
We always carry two space heaters. One is electric and the other is propane. I prefer either of them to the furnace.
